Good evening fellow psychonauts

A quick question for all users familiar with dmt.....
After 7 breakthroughs I am still to encounter any entities in any shape or form.
When I first started researching dmt and it's effects, it seemed as though everyone who ever took dmt met entities of some type during their experiences.
Just wondering what my psychedelic peers have experienced and their thoughts on the whole topic?

I'd say pay very careful attention. Ime, sometimes the space itself is the entity. Sometimes the entities are there, but never show themselves or may even pop up just to let you know they're there, but not interact. Sometimes they only show themselves telepathically. And sometimes they're just not part of the experience.

Be receptive, stay aware, and give it time. DMT always has something new to show you

I'm sure I saw a post saying that you were in your early thirties, could be wrong??
Regardless of your age you have a level of wisdom which is extremely rare! I always find your posts interesting and insightful, very refreshing to hear.

Hello and thank you for bringing this up PsychedelicReality! And as always a thoughtful post by Voidmatrix.

I've been getting to know DMT for over two years now. Having had many many breakthroughs and borderlands without ever meeting anything that sounds similar to what many others say about entities.

But as I understand you Voidmatrix, things are perhaps not so clearly cut in hyperspace. Now it's this with words and concepts.. it's sometimes a bit difficult to translate experiences in that/those space/s. But I'll try.

I've sometime felt a presence of another. And I've experienced 'living systems' of some kind. And I've seen 'images' and 'films' with characters, but these are dim, almost more like a mental image, or daydream. And I've also seen very vivid memories of persons I know.

But no, not a real encounter with a entity. I'm not especially looking for it, or even waiting for it. But I'm just a bit curious why this has been this way for me.

And also. If it anything like the breakthrough and its utterly strange and amazing experience to be actually present in a inner virtual worlds, it surely must be quite something.

Just another thing. For me to breakthrough is not a goal, the most 'work' or teachings happens in other states/stages. But that's just me.

When you said this, I realised that was the exact reason I created the thread, I felt the same.

Anyone familiar with the story of the youtuber Shane Mauss?
If you don't, let me summarise....
Shane says that every time he has a dmt trip he meets up with his purple girlfriend in a different dimension.
He then introduces a friend to dmt, whom knowing nothing of the purple lady, after his trip he tells Shane that his purple girlfriend was asking about him.
He swears that he had never mentioned anything about it to his friend before....

I really really feel that a great deal of what we experience in hyperspace transcends our usual thought paradigms of this world. I tend to tell people when I'm describing an experience to them to put all words used to describe the experience in quotes because the words I use are simply the best approximation and still falls short of really capturing the experience.



I sometimes wonder if "minds" in hyperspace get a read on us beforehand somehow, and can sense our receptivity to if they appear or interact with us. If we aren't looking for them or are indifferent to them, they may be more inclined to observe then show and interact.



I am a huge advocate for this sentiment. I've come to learn that every level can have benefits and help us to do work if we're open to it.



There does seem to be this weird and illusive intersubjectivity that can be experienced by different people in hyperspace. It's happened to me on both the giving and receiving ends of aspects sometimes mentioned and sometimes not. I think this is one of the main reasons many are inclined to believe that hyperspace is "real" (whatever that means). I try to stay neutral, which can be a lot of work, but allows me to cover many bases of possibility.

This has to be one of the harder things to do, to stay objective and not get drawn into chains of thought.
Got to admit, I never thought I would be able to have such an in depth discussion on the nuances of psychedelics on an online forum... Love it
