Ok, so just to give some background, I've only been using DMT for around two months. These past 2-3 weeks though, I've been having these really strange experiences upon waking from dreams. Iv'e found that if I close my eyes immediately after waking, I get strong visuals similar to that of a DMT trip. Up until last night they have been kaleidoscopic in nature, only much more vibrant with a lot more activity going on. Last night I woke from a very vivid dream, probably the most vivid of my life, as I can still remember all the details. I immediately closed my eyes and almost immediately I was thrown into a very clear visual. I was in some kind of coridoor, but it was very alien to me. I had the impression that I was on an alien spacecraft, but sadly didn't see any aliens. I did however see some kind of writing on the walls. It was definitely no earthly writing. These experiences tend only to last 1-2 minutes at most but seem to be just as vivid as DMT, though they lack certsin elements such as euphoria, feeling of actually moving and such.

So I'm just really wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and can maybe give some opinions on what is going on?

Yep! After I discovered DMT last year, I was like,
"oh my god, the phosphenes look just like a trip". They seem especially vivid when you are tired and / or near a sleep state. Some people also call them hypnagogic visuals.

To this day I'm still unsure if DMT rewires your mind to let all that stuff through, or if the experience just makes you pay more attention to something you ignored before.
I don't want comfort. I want God, I want poetry, I want real danger, I want freedom, I want goodness. I want a clever signature.

Yeah, not that I know much about all the effects DMT has on the brain, but I would tend go say the DMT has definitely changed something. I'm 39 and i've never experienced anything like it prior. The visuals are really clear, like watching a 4k TV.

I think it’s a little bit of both rewiring and awareness, but it’s definitely more prevalent for me to see those sorts of things ‘out of the corner or my eye’ when I’m actively partaking regularly,
At the center of this existence, it is everything and nothing, all of us and each of us and none of us. My light is now lit, and it cannot be extinguished.
