I did a fourth pull with heptane a week after the bassifing.
Obtained a 100 of yellow spice.Didn't re.
Used a 96% etanol with 0.1%/ml benzalkonium chloride(somekinde of desinfectant) to disolve
100mg very clear criststaline hermine. It tooks some time to disolve and I used heat for it.I spreaded slowly the alcohol on 150mg of my fumable leafs until all the alcohol evaporated.
I disolved the 100 mg unrefined DMT in heptane(very little unpurity left)and spreaded the NPS on the leafs slowly untill all evaporated and let it sit for about 5 mknutes under the sun.
So at the end I had a 340mg"changa".
I did a little cigarete with about 90mg leafs smoked it in about 5 or 6 hits and didn't feel any DMT effect. The harmine effect was obvious but no DMT effect feeled.
I did a second cigarete with rest of the leafs ~250mg.Smoked it slowly and again no DMT effect feeled. So I smoked atleast an 90mg of spice and get only the harmine effect.I knlow that it could be because other alcaloides was pulled from the jar,but anyway 100mg is a lot of spice
Anyone can tell me why this happened so bad?

Did you try to smoke/vape your spice on its own to verify it is active ?
Maybe your plant material was already exhausted on the 4th pull ?

Good luck!

Probably, probably the spice wasn't active;no I didn't.But I am afraid that the reason can be this ingredient in the alcohol maybe?

Using a cigarette as the method of administration is highly inefficient, too.

And alcohol with benzalkonium chloride? Yuk! Sick

At least get a pipe, and use clean alcohol.

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."
― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli
