Hello all,

Thought i'd jot down two fascinating experiences I've had recently.

Last week I'd had a typical 45mg breakthrough where my vision just couldn't hold up and my eyes shut. I entered a cube where each defined wall (if you could call them that) were constantly evolving geometry.

In the centre of the cube there was what I perceived as a nurse. She appeared to be operating on someone/something. She paid no attention to me. Her patient was not visible, though at some point the patient overtook the scene, cancelling out the nurse and turned into an entity sitting in the lotus position. A stream of glyphs were emanating from their Kundalini. It was a really beautiful sight. I'm not an overly spiritual person or into Yoga, so I had to look up this stuff to be able to describe the position and space the glyphs were coming from. Considering I had less than a vague knowledge of these things, i found it fascinating i was seeing this stuff.

While this was still going on I started to become aware again of myself so I decided to open my eyes just to check out the room, and what I saw was more absurdly intense than anything I'd ever experienced with my eyes closed. I was not in my lounge room. The scene was entirely Aztec architecture, all green and gold with beautiful sunlight enveloping everything. I felt inertia as i was mapping out the buildings from my floating central position, I looked at my arm (well in that general direction, it too was an Azetc temple, everywhere i looked was just huge towering stepped architecture. I remember thinking that this was simply unbelievable! I felt love and light. Its been the single most intense and absurd open eye hallucination I've ever had.

As I came down into the usual afterglow with rainbows and patterns I just couldn't stop thinking about how beautiful that place was. That was one of the most fascinating things that had happened to me...until half an hour ago.

Most of the time I put my cats away because I don't want them disturbing me. This time, I left them out. One of my cats is completely black. Right in the middle of a journey I felt one of them jump up on to my lap and I opened my eyes. It was the black cat. I saw his face and then I noticed that he was made up entirely of eyes. It looked like something google deep dream had created. The whole cat was gnarly and knobbly like a gnarled piece of wood. Basically a pulsating bag of eyes. I was just watching him fascinated...then he started to heave right there. Trying to get a furball out on the couch.

I shoo'd him away, because you know, eww. But the disgust I felt completely took over the trip. Everywhere i looked, corners, cushions, the floor, the TV just began being infected by gnarly cat eyes, they were swirling and infecting other bits of the world in black blobby clumps. This didn't scare me, though I know it would have sent some people bonkers.

I just sat there thinking how fascinating that this instant disgust I had invaded my trip in such an unexpected and extreme way! I was willing things to grow more eyes and infect other scenery. I was trying to envelop my entire vision with just bubbling, pulsating globs of eyes. There was a point where my kitchen bench basically became a scene from Akira where it just ballooned into a disgusting pulsating mass. I could not believe what i was seeing. Just fascinating!

As soon I started to come down, the eyes dissipated into the usual rainbow scenes and I just sat there blown away by what others would likely have considered a negative experience. Absolutely gobsmacked.

Both of these open eyed visuals were so different from each other that I think of them as extreme ends of the scale. I'd not considered how powerful the open eye stuff could be when the closed eye hyperspace realm was so insane of itself.

I found as i opened/closed my eyes during these experiences It felt like I was rubber banding myself between these two realities. Not unpleasant in itself. It felt like i had an escape route if necessary.

Hope you enjoyed the stories.

Hi squidfayce

Thanks for sharing that experience.
Opening your eyes on DMT can be the craziest thing.
One of my favourite things to do while tripping only sometimes i physically can´t.

Anyways have a gud one
Psychedelic drugs don´t change you, they don´t change your character,
unless you want to be changed. They enable change. They can´t impose it.
