Hello
IMO, the first step would be to gradually reduce and eliminate the anti-psychotics, under medical supervision, and learn to integrate the content step by step. My speculation after studying this connection about the endogenous DMT and anti-psychotics.. is that... the hyperconnectivity is there inside, but anti-psychotics block it at the cognitive level; still... anti-psychotics don't block the vibrations happening inside... just prolong a specific configuration. After people reduce the drug amount, the energy becomes active and somehow produces conscious results, and a lot of unconscious stuff pops-out, and they have to manage the hyper-dense content. Google for Sean Blackwell (bipolar or waking up), he is doing some excellent work with so-called bipolar disorder, using breathwork, therapy, and other stuff.
It seems that you already have the internal engine activated three years ago or earlier, it is just kept dormant by anti-psychotics. But, I would say to be very careful if you consider reducing the dosage. Step by step, this is the standard protocol for getting off psychiatric drugs, reducing the amount a bit, then 2-3 months see what happens, and so on, in 10 steps or so, 2-3 years maybe.
And during the process, the patient has to explore their traumas, do breathwork and bodywork, journaling, therapy... adapt, adapt, adapt... till they reach the point of being able to process their own stuff while life flows through, without any medication.
Google for Open Dialogue method also.
There are some protocols available in medical and patient communities for coming off psychiatric drugs, here is one
