Galantamine is used as a treatment for Alzheimer's, but there is research that it significantly increases lucid dreaming too. I've had lucid dreams from time to time since kid, but haven't had many for a while.

I believe galantamine is prescription only where I live, but from what I've read it should be readily available in a few common plants. Do you have any experiences in taking galantamine in plant form or any idea whether extraction is possible or worth the trouble?

Various species of snowdrops - in particular, Galanthus moronowii - contain galantamine. The concentration can be highly variable. Better to do a thorough literature search for optimal species and approaches. A lot of these plants contain other toxic alkaloids such as lycorine so you'd be looking at column chromatography if you were wanting to get a pure product - unless you stumble across some smart, easy chemical separation trick.

Having just read an article (in Erowid Extracts) about lucid dreaming, I am reminded that red spider lily (Lycoris radiata) seems to be a viable source for galatamine. Again, the plant presents toxicity issues that would require careful separation of the correct alkaloid. The scientific literature is the place to look if you decide to proceed further with this.
