For some reason sublingual dry extract doesn't work well. But dried leaves works well.
I would think that using an extract to make a tincture would be a waste fro sublingual administration.
It seems like not only salvinorin A is responsible for the effects to work sublingually.
That's the reason why we always start with a bag of plain dried leaves.
Extract it in ethanol, filter, re-xtract with eth, filter, combined in a jar.
Dilute it with water just before sublingual administration in order to avoid "burningmouth synsdrome".
Sublingual salvia is the sweetest experiences with this plant IME.
A bit more dedication is needed to achieve good effect = meditative state.
