Has anyone smoked salvia with the tv on?

It seems the people on the tv come out of it and talk to me. Any one have similar experience?

LOL...I watched Woodstock while on salvia. It was great. I felt like I had gone back in time, and that I was a free-wheeling, carefree young guy. Some of those acts were incredible.

Zoom jump to 2011. Next on stage....Britney Spears, followed by Justin Bieber.....wait, why are the audience members throwing their hallucinogens away? Massive reports of bad trips. Stay away from the brown acid. Bieber turns into a mutant gorgoyle.

Ke$ha is now on stage after Beiber sustained a head injury from all the water bottles being thrown. Wait, what?!? Ke$ha looks to be transforming back and forth between the hamburglar and a giant tapeworm?!?!?

Word has it that the Black Eyed Peas didn't even make it through the gate as their vehicle was mobbed by fans who thought it was some sort of massive ring-tailed lemur?

Back to the OP, I've had the TV on before, and it definitely influences the trip. If you take a large enough dose, it doesn't matter, but for sub-breakthrough doses it can really become strange. People walking out of the TV and interacting with you. Feeling as if you've been sucked into the show that's playing on the TV.

I used to be a fan of playing different types of music while smoking Salvia. Everything from Irish folk music to Death Metal to Beethoven. Now that's something you need to try.

Yeah strange indeed, A friend smoked it one time thought the tv was yelling like he did something wrong. He tried to runaway from it i had to calm him down.

I think you guys have hit on something. The idea of TV characters walking out of the screen and interacting is very appealing. Although, I would hate to watch "The Exorcist" or the remake of "The Thing" while on salvia.

What is it with the brain that could convince someone that they are interacting or conversing with a TV character. And is it possible to have an actual conversation with a TV character?
There's only one way to find out. ...that would also make a good movie...someone smokes salvia and goes on weird adventures inside various TV shows.

Yeah...I smoked and heard the TV in the livingroom and actually made it down the hallway and peek into the room...two of the characters from Scrubs were turned toward me and talking to/about me...Blew my mind it did...lol

I had an experience with mushrooms in my teens that involved a long, drawn out conversation about my life and where I was heading, etc.

That conversation was with Papa Smurf. Still very vivid in my memory.

I thought of watching Wizards while tripping recently. That would be a good movie to watch.

I like to watch Bill O'Reilly on Fox news when I smoke Salvia. Or just Fox news in general.

Watching tv on psychedelics was always horrible for me. Back in the 80's everyone was like: "Let's drop acid and watch The Wall" (the movie. I actually enjoed watching the actual wall) and I was like: "No. Let's skip that part and just slash our wrists right now."
Music videos can be okay, I guess. Depends on the substance. I actually smoked salvia once with the Robot Rock video by Daft Punk playing. It was just distracting, but I didn't go very far at all. A little ambient music is okay. I don't need any visual stimuli. Now that I think about it, I'd like to smoke salvia in a completely featureless white room. I always see other realities superimposed over regular reality, so I wonder what would happen if there was nothing around to be superimposed upon.
